Our mission is to uplift (and multiply) fellow believers who are now living in persecution and poverty, discipling them into Kingdom Stewards. Providing them with the tools – whether knowledge or equipment. In doing this, we assist hopeful entrepreneurs prepare and implement a business plan for an income-generating venture using Biblical Stewardship Training. Children become educated, health care needs are satisfied, thriving families and neighborhoods multiply, new churches become a reality.

Our Organization Stands on
Biblical Stewardship Training
Biblical Stewardship Training nurtures healthy family relationships that provide admirable childcare and well-educated young people. Successful business people can positively affect local political affairs, reducing persecution against Christians.
Harvest Field Corners strives to provide sustainability rather than dependency, the fair interest charged on microloans tend to offset local operating expenses. Because HFC strives to “Reduce Poverty,” employing citizens of that nation, HFC has become successful in operating in countries that are reluctant to give visas to foreign Christian Fieldworkers.
We unashamedly request your continual prayers for our national workers, these Christian entrepreneurs, and every HFC endeavor.

Fostering
Marketplace Salt & Light
In developing countries, Harvest Field Corners partners with national church leadership, through the blending of Biblical Stewardship Training with Microenterprise Endeavors. This unique concept fosters a righteous lifestyle that tends to provide a sustainable uplift to the most financially depressed families attending the struggling church.
Through the development of Christian Entrepreneurship, “Salt & Light” happens in the local marketplace and the Christian Community becomes blessed by those who were once a financial burden.
Christian Community resources can now be directed toward fulfillment of the “Great Commission.” Community resiliency and Gospel outreach occurs. Should someone converting to Jesus Christ lose their job, HFC is in a position to assist them in starting a profitable business.
Our Process
HFC operates in a specialized process, called a Loan Cycle:
- Local Church Pastors invite HFC-PK Staff to provide Biblical Stewardship Training for their congregants.
- Aspiring Entrepreneurs develop a business plan and submit to loan application process after training on business basics and Biblical ethics.
- Based on its merits, the Business Plan is then rated.
- Approved loans are funded until new loan funds are depleted.
- The interest revenue generated by the loan fund go to cover the operating costs of HFC-PK.
- As loans are repaid (averaging 24 months), the principle is loaned to a new entrepreneur and the process starts over – perpetually building up God’s Kingdom.
*** Loan defaults are rare because of referral process, applicant’s business plan and training, the applicant’s potential to repay the loan, and the church’s loan re-payment reputation. If Church’s re-payment ratio becomes too low, new loans are ceased within that church.

We steadily receive amazing reports from the field; reports that prove the power of prayer! Here are a couple of those stories…

One of out sisters was being repeatedly persecuted by her neighbors for her faith in Jesus – even to the point of being beaten. But she persevered, in the strength of the Lord! Today these neighbors are attending church with her – what an amazing God we serve!
The other story is that of a young man, the son of a local “holy man” – a mediator between man and Allah. He decided, along with his wife, to follow Christ. As is the way of things in this region of the world, this decision opened them up to rejection and persecution, which included being spat on, tortured and having their lives threatened. The Lord is protecting them though, and because of their faithfulness, his mother has had a heart-change. Rejection once ruled their relationship, but now she is attending his church!
Prayer is a powerful thing! God’s Word tells us our prayers are always before the Father as a fragrant incense. Our prayers affect change – like the change happening in the hearts of these Muslim people who were persecuting our brothers and sisters. They need our continued prayers. The Bible is clear that the Lord is not willing that ANY should perish. This includes the world-wide Muslim population.
Our monetary contributions meet the physical needs, which are real true needs. Your donations are very much appreciated, and are used to further the kingdom of God. Thank you! These physical needs are, however, tied to the temporary earth. Our prayers change things (the hearts of people) for eternity!
Harvest Field Corners is a registered non-profit EIN # 61-1450604 with 501 C (3) designation under the USA Internal Revenue Code. Each January HFC sends each contributor a receipt for the previous 12 months donations. Your donations to HFC are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable by law.
